I have the instinct to regret,
I am developing a habit of gratitude.

I have the instinct to conclude,
I am building a mind open to possibilities.

I have the instinct to compete,
I have started to seek opportunities to collaborate.

I have the instinct to win,
I am trying to let go when I get something to learn.

I have the instinct to fear the failure,
I am encouraging myself to take small risks.

I have an instinct to hoard & consume,
I am inspiring myself to create & give.

I have an instinct to stay inconsistent,
I am building momentum, one act at a time.

What’s your instinct?
What’s your action?
