Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policy



1. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed as quickly as possible after they are placed.

  • Once an order has been packed or handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Shipping timelines may vary based on the delivery location and product type.

  • Any shipping delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or logistical challenges are beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking your shipment.




2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests will be considered only if made immediately after placing the order.

  • If the order has already been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

  • Perishable items (e.g., flowers, food items, etc.) cannot be cancelled once ordered.




3. Return & Replacement Policy

  • For perishable items, returns are not accepted. However, a refund or replacement may be arranged if the customer proves that the product delivered was of poor quality.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify our Customer Service team on the same day of delivery.

  • The request will be processed after the merchant/vendor validates the issue at their end.

  • If the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, please contact customer service on the same day of delivery. After reviewing your complaint, an appropriate resolution will be provided.

  • Products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty must be handled directly with the manufacturer.




4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned/damaged product is verified and approved.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 4–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side.
